Mix the dry components in one bowl. First combine the citric acid, baking powder and corn starch collectively. The citric acid and baking powder make a chemical response when moisture is available in contact with them so those two components are what is going to make the fizz on your bathtub bombs. Corn starch is known to help the mix keep collectively as it has binding properties. This may assist your bath bombs from not falling apart.
